Structured cabling is the design and installation of a cabling system that will support multiple hardware uses and be suitable for today's needs and those of the future. With a correctly installed system, current and future requirements can be met, and hardware that is added in the future will be supported.
The majority of structured cabling begins while the building is still under construction. Most building contractors will provide a time frame of when the structured cabling can begin. We will schedule a meeting with you, the building contractor, and go over your network design plans. We will need to obtain a copy of your network design plans in order for us to come up with our structured cabling design.
We firmly believe in the importance of color coding our design with different types of cable colors. Each color will represent what's on the other end of the cable. In addition, we will label every cable we install. Nothing is more irritating than trying to troubleshoot a cable that has not been labeled. Color coding and labeling will save you money in the long run, trust us.
We have standards, and we also follow the ANSI Standards and the TIA/EIA-568-A (Telecommunications Industry Association/Electronic Industries Association). Our goal is to ensure your system is beyond standard.
Every building and design is different. We will provide a quote once we have completed a site survey. Our commitment to you, we will not increase our price after we provide our quote. In fact, most quotes are exact or will decrease in price once we are completed. Show us a competitor quote and we will beat it!
